LaSalle Network has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst with our client. They are a Revenue Cycle Management company experiencing continuous growth. This position is located in Nashville, TN, however, they have other locations and could be remote. 

Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:

• Coordination and preparation of reports, presentations and analysis intended to communicate selected financial data to Senior Management
• Coordinate our pricing strategy in creating, streamlining and approving pricing and SOWs as standard practice
• Support organization in key decision-making processes by providing independent financial and operational analysis and judgement
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external pricing presentations  
• Will be working with leadership team to attain goals
• Complete other ad-hoc finance projects and analyses, as needed or assigned

Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing or financial analysis and reporting is required
• POWER BI is required
• Experience with P&L and Revenue required
• Healthcare background preferred
• Experience working in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• Understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Up to 10% travel may be required
• Must have worked with large business setting
