We have comprehensive experience providing IT support services, including hardware and software support, maintenance and repair, programming, professional staffing, networking, web design and development, and helpdesk implementation and management.

Intratek Computer, Inc. is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support us in Dallas, TX.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Five (5) years of related professional-level experience in writing business functional requirements with a focus on technical projects.
  Experience working in a project team environment.
• Ability to work independently to lead requirements gathering for large, complex technical projects.
• Skill sets: Innovation, Problem Solving Skills, Detail Oriented, Collaboration, Facilitation
• Produces comprehensive documentation and diagrams encompassing business processes, use cases, data mapping and other relevant aspects.
• Conducts gap and root cause analysis to identify underlying needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilizes Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies to document solutions into comprehensive requirements and user stories.
• Facilitates requirements walk-throughs, design review meetings, and demos at all levels, ensuring effective communication and understanding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
