This person will manage multi-state payroll operations for our client’s 3,000+ employees. Senior Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for 3,000+ employees across multiple states using ADP software
• Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including regular wages, bonuses, commissions, garnishments and benefits deductions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws across multiple jurisdictions
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries
• Handle year-end processing, including W-2s, 1099s and annual reconciliations
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
• Conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management
• Participate in system upgrades and process improvement initiatives

Senior Payroll Analyst Requirements:

• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years handling multi-state payroll
• Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar ADP platforms
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws
• Experience with high-volume payroll processing (3,000+ employees)
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Expert level ADP software knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
