Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand exposure and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts and respond to customer queries and comments in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track and optimize performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated social media campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key industry professionals to expand our brand reach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
