Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome communication challenges? As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you’ll work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to treat a variety of speech and language disorders in children and adults. You’ll assist with assessments, implement treatment plans, and provide invaluable support to ensure clients achieve their communication goals. Your Schedule & Pay

• PRN (as needed) to full-time
• Freedom to create your own schedule
• $35–$45 per visit
• Weekly pay
• Based in Lubbock, TX

A Day in the Life of an SLPA

• Coordinate therapy sessions with patients and their families based on your schedule.
• Provide hands-on care following individualized treatment plans developed by the SLP.
• Track progress and celebrate milestones with your patients.
• Communicate with the supervising SLP to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, unrestricted SLPA license in Texas
• At least one year of experience preferred (but enthusiasm and dedication are what matter most!)
• Current BLS and CPR certifications
• A servant’s heart with a passion for improving lives
