Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome communication challenges? As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you’ll work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to treat a variety of speech and language disorders in children and adults. You’ll assist with assessments, implement treatment plans, and provide invaluable support to ensure clients achieve their communication goals. Your Schedule & Pay

PRN (as needed) to full-time
Freedom to create your own schedule
$35–$45 per visit
Weekly pay
Based in Lubbock, TX

A Day in the Life of an SLPA

Coordinate therapy sessions with patients and their families based on your schedule.
Provide hands-on care following individualized treatment plans developed by the SLP.
Track progress and celebrate milestones with your patients.
Communicate with the supervising SLP to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

Current, unrestricted SLPA license in Texas
At least one year of experience preferred (but enthusiasm and dedication are what matter most!)
Current BLS and CPR certifications
