Your Career

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our software, ensuring it is built from a user's perspective. As a Senior Staff UX Designer, you will create intuitive interfaces and positive experiences that directly contribute to the following goals:

  • Increased User Satisfaction - Your designs will enhance user satisfaction by delivering intuitive, accessible interfaces that meet the needs of a global, diverse user community
  • Higher Adoption Rates - Your UX guidance will empower users to achieve their goals efficiently, boosting engagement with the content and driving higher adoption
  • Reduced Development Costs & Support - By identifying and addressing usability issues early, you'll prevent costly downstream rework, reduce errors, and minimize support cases
  • Brand Image - You will contribute to building a strong, trusted brand image for our co-pilot product - Your designs will help deliver a seamless, delightful experience that sets our product apart from previous tools, serving as a key differentiator in the market

Your Impact

  • Ensure software is designed from the user's perspective to create intuitive interfaces and a positive overall experience
  • Focus on delivering effective, accessible UX that resonates with a diverse global audience
  • Develop designs that guide users toward desired actions, increasing engagement and adoption
  • Proactively address usability issues, minimizing rework and reducing support costs by delivering intuitive, error-free interfaces
  • Contribute to the co-pilot brand by creating well-designed applications that instill trust and offer a seamless user experience
  • Assess and challenge existing user experiences, with a particular focus on visual and interaction design, to drive future enhancements
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to align designs with business objectives, using research and customer feedback to inform your work
  • Provide vision and design leadership across the team, guiding best practices and mentoring junior designers
  • Conduct usability tests and user research to gather valuable insights, which will directly inform design decisions

Qualifications



Your Experience

  • Proven experience delivering wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, personas, and use cases, wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, personas, and use cases
  • Ability to quickly understand user groups and translate complex needs into clear, effective design solutions
  • Strong knowledge of information architecture, design patterns, and interaction design
  • Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams (users, product managers, developers) to deliver business value
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-project environment, managing schedules and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Omnigraffle
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (CSS, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Experience working with UI engineers on modern front-end tech stacks like React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte 
  • Strong understanding of responsive design practices for seamless cross-device experiences
  • Extensive hands-on experience in user-centered design, with expertise across the entire design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your work and design thinking across multiple projects

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on

qualifications

, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $133000 - $215500/YR.
