**Overview** GovCIO is currently hiring a Strategic Communications Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Candidates must have VA experience providing digital products. This position will be fully remote located within the United States **Responsibilities** + Spotlight innovative, cost-saving digital products that streamline operations and deliver measurable value to Veterans. + Improve operational efficiency by increasing user adoption of existing applications, reducing redundant development and associated costs. + Develop strategic adoption frameworks that align digital assets and accelerate transformation across Veteran-serving platforms. **Qualifications** **Required Skills and Experience** + Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. + 6+ years of experience + 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education + Experience working in Jira, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite + Strong analytical skills + Must be a problem solver + Suitability / Public Trust **Company Overview** GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT. Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors. **Posted Salary Range** USD $83,000.00 - USD $87,000.00 /Yr.
