A prominent national financial services firm is hiring a Paralegal to join its legal department in a full-time, onsite contract role based in downtown Chicago. Paralegal Responsibilities:
Draft, revise, and organize contracts, internal memos, and legal correspondence
Maintain filing systems, case documentation, and compliance records
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams on ongoing matters
Support legal operations using Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
Paralegal Requirements:
2+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate or legal department setting
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; document management software a plus
Must be able to work onsite daily in downtown Chicago
