PAY RANGE
$25.00 - $30.29 Hourly - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the direction of the Director, Learning & Development, the Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing the logistics for training events, administering the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), working with various administrative professionals to ensure support in the local offices, setting up internal/external courses and related sessions, coordinating all aspects of the attendance process, implementing training policies/procedures, overseeing admirative tasks, and other logistic support. This position will also handle ordering/copying of training materials, tracking compliance and mandatory trainings, and utilizing various technology as required by the position.
This is a hybrid position, based on working in the Foster City Office. (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
