Job Description

Position : Virtual Assistant

Working Schedule : 8:30am-4:30pm EST

Salary Range : $1,200-$1,600 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong time-management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires multitasking across various tasks, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for a key team member.
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
  • Assist in client follow up by responding to inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assignment after meeting task completion with clients. 
  • Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information.
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in an administrative role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of Business
  • Must be bilingual: Spanish/English [Written & Spoken]
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
  • Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of accounting taxes.
  • Tax Dome accounting software
