Job Description

Boka Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented VIP Reservationist to provide exceptional weekend coverage for our most valued guests. This role involves managing VIP reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience from Saturday 10 AM to 2PM and Sunday 10AM to 2 PM. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for accommodating special requests, securing reservations, and providing personalized service to our high-profile clientele.

Hours: Saturdays & Sundays 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM 

Location: Remote unless otherwise requested.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all VIP reservation requests and communications from Saturday 10:00 AM through Sunday 2:00 PM.
• Respond promptly to VIP guest inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Secure reservations at Boka Group venues, ensuring priority access and preferred seating for VIPs.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to confirm availability and special arrangements for guests.
• Maintain an updated log of VIP guest preferences, needs, and any special requests.
• Ensure a high standard of professionalism and guest satisfaction in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or reservations preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working with high-profile clientele is a plus.

• Familiarity with Open Table.
