What You’ll Do

1. Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily goals
2. Deliver top-tier guest experiences every time
3. Enforce Wendy’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
4. Train, coach, and develop team members for success
5. Manage food safety, inventory, and labor efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least 18 years of age
2. Minimum of 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
4. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
5. Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break
6. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
